Richard Manuszak is the proud owner of Diamond Notch Farms and his philosophy about horse care is simple: natural is best. Horses live in small groups on 10+ acre grassy fields with access to fresh running spring water and insulated walk in sheds. They are exercised regularly on mountainous trails, swum in a hydrotherapy pond to cool down and therefore have great mental and physical condition. Richard maintains that horses give us access to nature, and hence are best enjoyed out in the open air.
We offer lessons, trail rides, carriage rides and day leases for the more experienced rider
We offer rough boarding with sheds. Our facility includes mountain trails, an outdoor riding arena with night lighting, cross country fields and a hydrotherapy pond
We have several horses available for sale with various levels of expertise and experience. We also have sleeping accommodations for those interested in trying our horse off site
Beginner riders can perfect their riding skills in the arena under the supervision of a trainer
Riders will be hand walked through our mountainous trails and fields
A group of up to 4 people can enjoy a 30 minute long carriage ride
We offer full turn out with insulated walk in sheds, access fresh running spring water, hay and grain (pro-force fuel or senior feed). Boarders have full access to our riding and rehabilitation facilities.
